Storage & Authentication
Location: Our inventory is securely stored in China（Mainland），Hong Kong.
In-House Inspection: Every piece is rigorously inspected at our professional authentication center. We only ship items that are 100% verified genuine. In-house authentication reports are available upon request.
Authentication: For added security, most orders are sent to the authentication warehouse：Authguard, located in Changshu, Jiangsu first. Your item will be delivered to you immediately after passing official inspection.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 6 business days of cleared payment.
Note: Chinese public holidays are not included in these 6 business days.
Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Shipping costs and customs duties vary by country, subject to local customs tax regulations.
